Pulse Platform

Ambassador Code

Version 1.0 · 31 August 2026

When you tell your audience about Pulse, to those people you are Pulse. This document sets out what you are permitted to do with the brand, and what we agree on so that trust in the project does not depend on the actions of individuals.

The Code takes effect the moment you register on the Platform.

Most of the rules concern situations where you tell other people about Pulse: inviting people through your link, mentioning Pulse publicly, running a channel, chat, blog or website about the project, speaking offline, or using our names and materials.

The Code is an integral part of the Terms of Service: by accepting the Terms at registration you accept the Code as well. Under the Terms the Pulse brand may not be used without permission — this document grants that permission, on the conditions described below.

Principles

Seven statements from which everything else follows. If a specific rule does not cover your situation, decide from here.

  • 1. Objectivity. Give the full picture — both the opportunities and the risks. Do not embellish, do not omit what matters, do not present an expectation as an accomplished fact.
  • 2. The person decides. Your job is to provide information. Whether to take part, and for how much, is decided by the person themselves, based on their circumstances and their own assessment of risk.
  • 3. No pressure. Not through urgency, authority, or personal relationships. If someone has to be talked into it, they are not ready — and that is fine.
  • 4. The company answers for its own, you answer for yours. Pulse is bound by what it states officially: product terms, timelines, how accruals work. Everything you add on top — your calculations, estimates, personal promises — remains your responsibility. The further your words are from the official wording, the more risk you take on.
  • 5. Transparency of status. Any material of yours must make clear where the company's position ends and your personal opinion begins. Your audience has a right to know who is speaking.
  • 6. Respect for other people's work. People introduced by another ambassador are their partners. The network holds together because everyone follows this rule.
  • 7. The rules are the same for everyone. The size of your structure, your volume and your achievements grant no exceptions. The Code applies equally to a newcomer and to a leader.

1. Talking about income

  • The past is a fact. You may speak directly and confidently about income you actually received: it is your result and it is supported by your transaction history.
  • The future is a forecast, and must be called one. Any statement about what a person will receive, how much they will earn and over what period must be accompanied by a clear note that this is a calculation or an expectation, not a promise. The actual result depends on the system's performance and may differ.
  • Take official figures from official sources — the website, your account, our channels.
  • Label your own calculations as your own. You may make and share your own calculations. What matters is stating plainly that this is your calculation and not the official position of Pulse.
  • Another person's result — with their consent. You may show the achievements of your mentor or partner if they do not object: it is a normal way to show what people accomplish. On screenshots, hide the data of anyone who has not given consent.

2. How you treat people

  • The person decides. Give information and time. Do not decide for them what amount is right.
  • No borrowed money. Do not suggest or endorse participation funded by credit, loans, the sale of property, or last remaining funds. If someone says they intend to do this, talk them out of it.
  • Do not exploit a weak position. Age, inexperience, difficult circumstances, poor command of the language or of the subject are not grounds for a deal — they are grounds to explain further or to stop.
  • Do not manufacture urgency. State exactly the deadlines and terms that have been announced. Do not invent scarcity, limited places or vanishing opportunities.
  • Respect a refusal. If a person says they are not interested, the conversation is over.

3. Presenting the project

  • Do not claim what does not exist. Mention partnerships, licences, statuses, endorsements and connections with other companies only as the company itself describes them.
  • Separate personal opinion from the position of Pulse. Your analysis, forecasts and assessments are yours. They are not a recommendation from the company, and that must be obvious to your audience.
  • Only the company gives commitments on the company's behalf. Bonuses, statuses, payout dates, individual terms and exceptions are announced by Pulse. If you promised something beyond what was announced, you will answer for it.
  • Do not win at the expense of others' reputation. Talk about what is good in Pulse, not about what is wrong with others.

4. Money

The shortest section and the strictest.

  • Do not accept money from people directly and do not carry out transactions on their behalf. Each person registers and pays for themselves
  • Do not personally guarantee the return of funds, income, or compensation for losses
  • Do not operate other people's accounts, and do not request or store their passwords, codes or access keys
  • Do not charge for access to training, chats or a "place on the team" without Pulse's agreement

5. Relationships inside the network

The structure works as long as ambassadors are not fighting each other over people.

  • Do not poach. Do not offer re-registration to someone introduced by another ambassador, and do not approach partners in another branch with such offers — publicly or in private messages.
  • Helping is welcome. Answering a question, explaining how something works, supporting a newcomer from another team is normal and useful. The line between help and poaching is drawn where an offer to change mentors begins.
  • Do not use shared spaces to build your own structure. Shared chats, broadcasts and events exist for participants, not for recruiting from other branches.
  • Do not take credit for what is not yours. Team results, partners' cases and other ambassadors' training materials are not your achievements. Credit the author.
  • Do not disparage colleagues publicly. Disagreement over working methods is not a reason to criticise another ambassador in public.
  • Do not lead people to other projects. Using an audience built around Pulse to promote outside investment projects is incompatible with ambassador status.
  • Disputes are resolved by the company. If a person asks to move, or a dispute arises over whose partner someone is, Pulse decides through its own procedure. Do not settle it between yourselves and do not take the conflict public.

6. Working with the brand

Name and disclaimer

  • You may use the Pulse name — in the name of your account, channel, chat, blog or website, as long as your status is visible alongside it.
  • A disclaimer is required. If the name or description of your resource contains the word Pulse, the description must state that the resource is unofficial and that you are an ambassador. This is a condition of the permission: no such line, no right to use the name.
  • Do not present yourself as the company. The name, description and design must not create the impression that the resource is official or operated by Pulse.

Acceptable: Ivan | Pulse Ambassador, Ivan | Pulse Partner

Not acceptable: Official Pulse Channel, Pulse Market Official, fully copying the design of an official account

The logo

  • The logo stays unchanged. It is the one element that must remain as it is: do not redraw, recolour or stretch it, do not add your own elements to it, and do not place it on a busy background.
  • Take the file from the brand kit, not from screenshots or other people's materials.
  • Do not mix brands. Do not place our logo alongside others as if it were a joint product, and do not use it to advertise third-party goods and services.

Your own materials

  • Creating your own is welcome. Covers, videos, infographics, presentations, post design based on our visual style — all of this is yours to make. Your material does not have to look like ours; it has to not pass itself off as ours.
  • Adapt colours, fonts and composition freely. Only the logo, and the meaning of what you say about the product, must stay unchanged.

Official information

  • Repost the key things rather than retelling them. Announcements, promo terms, product changes, figures and deadlines should be taken from the official channel as a repost with a visible source. Your commentary on top is welcome, but not instead of it: this way the information is not distorted along the way and people can see where it came from.
  • Do not pass our work off as yours. Our texts, analyses, designed materials and data are not your original content. Credit the source.
  • Do not edit the meaning when you carry it over. If you retell an official message in your own words, keep the terms, figures and caveats exactly as announced.

7. Channels, blogs and websites

The rules are the same for any resource you run about Pulse: a channel, chat, blog, website or social media page.

  • Do not place advertising for other investment projects or their links
  • Do not speak to the media or at public events on behalf of Pulse without prior agreement
  • Publish AI-generated material using the likeness of the company's leadership only by prior agreement
  • Do not present third-party resources as official

Analysis, education, news, breakdowns, personal experience and entertaining content are permitted and welcome.

Domains and account names containing the brand

A separate case that needs attention. If you register a domain or take an account name containing the Pulse name, you must:

  • agree it with the company in advance
  • agree the content of that resource
  • transfer the rights or release the name at the company's request

Pulse names and logos are the intellectual property of the company. Domains and accounts taken without agreement may be reclaimed by the company through registrar and platform procedures — up to blocking the resource and compulsory transfer of rights to the name.

We say this plainly and in advance because it is in your interest: do not invest time and money into building a resource whose name you do not own.

8. If the rules are broken

Most breaches happen out of ignorance, so the ladder begins with a conversation.

  • Notice — first breach. We ask you to correct or remove the material within 24 hours
  • Restriction — repeat breach or failure to correct in time. Suspension of the right to use the brand, removal from partner activities
  • Suspension — systematic breaches. Ambassador status suspended for between 24 hours and one month
  • Termination — fraud, accepting other people's money, unlawful activity. Ambassador relationship ends

Who decides. The decision is made by Pulse. You are notified in your account and by email, with the clause of the Code and what needs to be corrected.

How to appeal. Reply to the notice within 7 days with an explanation. The decision will be reviewed and you will receive a written answer.

What remains yours. Income already accrued. Sanctions concern the right to represent Pulse, not money you have earned.

In cases of fraud and unlawful activity the company reserves the right to take legal action.

9. Questions and updates

When in doubt, ask before publishing. One question settles what would otherwise take weeks. We answer quickly, and it is always easier than deleting material.

The Code will be refined as our products develop. The current version is always available in your account. If there are material changes, we will ask you to review it again.
